WatchGuard ("the Service") provides proof-of-watch validation for video content. Operators integrate with our API to verify that end-users genuinely watch video content on real Android devices. The Service issues cryptographic verdicts based on multi-factor analysis including heartbeat timing, device fingerprinting, and network behaviour.
By registering as an operator, you agree to:
The Service supports three billing models: per-view, per-second, and commission-based pricing. Your billing model and rates are established at account creation and may be modified by mutual agreement.
The following uses are prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any prepaid balance.
The Service collects and processes device fingerprints, IP addresses, network usage data, and watch-session metadata solely for fraud detection and billing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
WatchGuard's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by the operator in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. WatchGuard may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining prepaid balance (minus outstanding charges) will be refunded within 30 business days.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg.
